Summary of this DVD... | ||
This first season of the series involves a ruthless lawyer, Patti Hewes, played with scary intensity by Glenn Close. She hires a young female associate to groom and that associate (Rose Byrne)'s fiance is murdered because if the connection to Hewes and her ongoing litigation against a business tycoon (Ted Danson). The show is well written and fast moving and pretty confusing.
I especially liked... | ||
Glenn Close and Tate Donovan.
I didn't like... | ||
the over-use of flash-backs and flash-forwards. It got very confusing to me. Now, I only watch sporadically as it gets on my nerves. Mr. hooves enjoys it much more than I do. He is still watching faithfully.
Further Comments... | ||
I think it is a good, smart show with a lot of twists and turns. I think they over use the flashback flashforward stuff to the point that it got on my nerves in a big way.
