The third installment of the Kamen Rider Climax Heroes series of games for both the PSP and the Wii, this was the game that introduced me to the series of games.

People of all ages, especially otakus and kids.

The big roster of characters from the Kamen Rider franchise.

The lack of a post-game storyline. Unlike Pokemon games, once the story was over and you have collected all the gallery stills and characters, there is nothing left to do.

Get the next installment, and finish that as well. I also had fun just playing through the arcade mode with 5 stages with different characters each time just for fun.

Bandai Namco Games has released two more sequels, and two games before this. The newer games naturally has an expanded roster, but each game just has their own pros and cons.

It has a very high entertainment value, and you do not need to be fluent in Japanese to play as it is a beat-them-up kind of game. Button mashing can bring you that far.

Knowing Japanese may just increase the entertainment value as you get to read the story as it progresses. Other than that, it is possible to navigate through and figure out button configurations on your own.
