When the young narrator of this book comes home with head lice, his mother attacks them with several anti-lice concoctions. But the bugs have other ideas.

I loved the "LICE-A-PALOOZA!" page where the illustrations show the lice jamming down with a fiddle and banjo and dancing between the strands of hair on the scapl!

David Shannon is the talented author and illustrator of this book. He also has written and illustrated numerous other award-winning picture books.
I recommend this Book because...
I loved this book! The illustrations were amazing, too, and it was all quite humorous, even though I know for a fact, getting rid of lice is not a fun experience! I can almost guarantee your head will itch by the time you're finished reading this book!
