This is a show that we have been watching on Netflix Disk.

It is a about a judge in England, who likes sleeping with every attractive woman he meets. He is divorced, but carries a torch for a lawyer who practices before him. His daughter is also studying to be a lawyer and he ends up getting a cute dog who accompanies him on his outings.

He really uses poor judgment in sleeping with litigants and just about anything else that moves.

Martin Shaw (of George Gently shows) plays the lead and he is endearing and annoying at the same time. We have enjoyed the show although some of it is quite alarming and unbelievable. You wonder if this is how the judiciary really operates.

We are enjoying this show and some of the guest stars are familiar faces from Midsomer Murders and even Downton Abbey. I wouldn't say it's a great series, but it is an entertaining one.
