A Night Manager at a hotel becomes a spy in order to get a big International Arms dealer. He loses someone he cares for and gets swept up in a revenge plot. This is based on a John Le Carre novel.

Tom Hiddleston plays the night manager and Hugh Laurie is the arms dealer. Laurie is always excellent.

This is not my type of series, but Mr. hooves loves it. We got it on Netflix disk. For me, it was a turnoff that the protagonist kidnaps a little boy. I was done at that point, but Mr. hooves will keep on watching so I will peek at it at times. Its first season is in 2016.

The ratings are based on my response and I don't really like the show.
