I came across Neil's poetry just suddenly and I wasn't disappointed at all. It's brutally honest, painful, beautiful, sad, funny and is so relatable. His spoken word is moving and inspirational and won't disappoint anyone.

If you suffer any form of mental illness this is a perfect example of how disabilities can be carried in the best possible way. I'd recommend it to anyone though.

I finished reading in an hour or so because it's a thin book and I wanted to go back to each poem and reread it carefully because there were so many amazing lines that I had to take a note of those.

Neil Hilborn is a College National Poetry Slam champion and a 2011 graduate with honors from Macalester College. In 2013 his poem "OCD" went viral, garnering over eleven million views to date, making it one of the most-viewed poems on YouTube. He has performed in 39 states and 4 countries, and in 2015 alone he traveled more than 50,000 miles to perform his poetry. Originally from Houston, Texas, he now lives in Saint Paul, Minnesota.

You can definitely see and feel each word in each poem, especially if you check his youtube channel and how he's performing it. It's just so raw and real.
