Summary of this Book...
This is the 3rd book in the series. It centers on Phillip, the 3rd of the Quinn boys. In this book he meets Sybill, who is an author and sociologist. she travels to St. Chris to do research for her new book. At least that is her cover story. But she is also Seth's aunt and wants to discover if Seth is being treated well by the Quinns. Phillip finds out the truth and the sparks fly from there.
This type of Book is good for...
It is a great and easy read. Nora Roberts has a wonderful insight into human nature and expresses it well in her stories.
I especially liked... | ||
I like the way things turned out in the end. Sybill sides with the Quinns against her sister Gloria to ensure Seth has a stable home.
I didn't like... | ||
It is easy to see which women a Quinn will marry. It is always the first one that they come across that is not related.
When I finished reading this Book I wanted to...
I immediately grabbed book #4 in the saga.
This Book made me feel...
I like this series. It is a great study on human behaviour and shows what can happen to change the lives of these 3 (now 4) troubled boys.
The author of this Book...
Nora Roberts is a great story teller and twists her tales in such a manner that you have to read on.
I recommend this Book because...
I like the ending and I believe you must read all 3 before opening #4.
I don't recommend this Book because...
I do recommend this book.
Further Comments... | ||
I think Phillip forgave Sybill way to fast.
