No Shelter is the first book in a series by Robert Swartwood. The main character, Holly Lin, appears to be a an ordinary, but caring nanny who cares for two children. We soon find out her boss, a United States General,also employs Holly as a (non-sanctioned) government assassin.

Although the nanny job is a cover, Holly is devoted to the children and they both love her. Part of her job is to protect them from harm.

The story moves along at a swift pace. The mission goes wrong, the children are kidnapped and the story takes on many surprising twists and turns.

The book was a page turner and hard to put down.
