This is the story of Anne Frank, a thirteen-year-old Jewish girl. Anne's diary was left behind when the Gestapo captured Anne, her family,and another family in the “Secret Annex” in an old office building in 1942, when the Nazis occupied Holland


Anne wrote in her diary almost every day and recorded the events and relationships of the two families during the two years they hid in the annex. She describes the fear, hunger, boredom,and constant bickering of the two families.
