Morgan finally arrives home only to find that was the easy part. Now he must keep himself and his family safe. The neighbors in his gated community range from lazy to incompetent to dangerous. They offer little to no help while demanding that those who did prepare share what they have. Meanwhile Homeland Security is rounding up US citizens and placing them in work camps instead of the promised safety camps. If you refuse to go, armed men attack your community. With Thad, Sarge and the guys, Morgan brings the fight to DHS.

This is a great read, fast paced, and the action moves along nicely.

I like that this book (series) shows how mankind can break down once you remove all the little pleasures in life, Like ready and available food or AC. The is shows how fast people can become evil once law enforcement is gone.

Once again, a lot of typos.

I want to go on to book 3 and see what happens next.

Safe in the idea that after 20 years in the Infantry and 15 years in law enforcement, that I know how to take care of me and my own should that day arrive.
