This book was suggested to me from a friend and being open minded as well as wanting to learn more about boundaries, I thought I'd give it a try. I had been struggling with boundary issues in my own life.

This book will teach you how to say "no" when you want to "no" and not make you feel guilty when you do.

Wanting to learn more about boundaries, and how to apply them to your life. It's a good self-help that presents the material without judgement.

The book is easy to read and understand. The authors used scenarios to demonstrate boundary issues and gave solid advice on what you can do to improve your boundaries. (In a nutshell, when someone you know does not respect your time, talent, or treasure.) I appreciated how the authors used Biblical support when offering guidance on how to set boundaries, and it allowed me to see the guidance given in the Bible in a new light.

Recommend it to someone who needed boundary help.

The book is enlightening and empowering and it helped to learned to how to say "no" and how to respond to people who react harshly to you attempting to set boundaries.

I would definitely recommend this book. My favorite quote: "Anger does not understand time." I will definitely re-read this book in the future to keep myself fresh.
