Further Comments... | ||
While I expected a book by Peter Sagal to be funny, I didn't also expect it to be touching, honest, and genuinely helpful. The advice in this book, scattered throughout between genuinely compelling anecdotes and observations, is about how to run, how to be a better person, and how to live your life in a more deliberate way. I found myself genuinely rethinking some of my life choices, as well as gasping, laughing, and almost crying along with some of the stories he told in the book. It also made me want to lace up my running shoes and hit the streets (not the gym!), which is no small feat. Overall, I found this to be a charming, thoroughly entertaining and worthwhile read. Highly recommended. | ||
