I didn't like... | ||
I'm not a fan of telling a story through multiple viewpoints. If done correctly, I don't mind so much. Unfortunately, I found the sister and grandmother mostly unnecessary. I skimmed over most of their parts. POSSIBLE SPOILER . . The ending. As I got closer to the end of the book, there were two different times that I thought I was reading the ending. Instead, I was toyed with until the actual conclusion came along and bewildered me. It just didn't make sense to me. Where was the big reveal about Gina's secret? What was the betrayal that caused them to split up in the first place? I have no idea! I feel like Moriarty lost interest in Alice as soon as she regained her memory. | ||
