People who enjoy a story with a lot of detail, stories about the mountain life, or North Carolina. It also gives a great picture of what it is like to be addicted.

The narrator did a wonderful job of recreating the voices and accents of these characters from the back woods of North Carolina.

I want to see what else this author has written as I really enjoyed this book.

It's very well done with interesting detail that adds to the story without dragging things out. The people's lives are woven together and the story comes to a satisfying conclusion.
