Wow, this is book 34 in this fun cozy mystery series! Meg, part time mayoral assistant, part time blacksmith and full time mom and wife, as usual, helped solve crimes while using her own wit and resources, including her many family connections, to get a lot of things done.

This was the best one in this series in a while, in my opinion. I really enjoyed it. There was just the right amount of holiday celebration and in some unique ways that were fun to read. There was humor and there was drama. I especially loved the crows’ involvement and the bladesmith competition.
