In 2018, novelist Jami Attenberg needed to be inspired in order to meet a deadline. Jami and a friend agreed they would write one thousand words every day for two weeks. I enjoyed learning the history of this movement, ideas and suggestions about being and staying motivated, and the thoughts of the many writers mentioned in this book.

I wasn't certain about 1000 words a day and perhaps I will work toward this goal. I liked the book.

I was inspired to write and am writing regularly even if it's only a sentence or two.

I felt like I could get back into writing regularly. I'm glad to have this book information available in a convenient place that is easy to carry with me.

The encouragement I got from this book is priceless. Inspiration and the want to write is fueled nicely through words that are caring and from the hearts of writers to writers.

The more you read about writing and the craft and art of this word adventure the more you will find your special path to success. This book offers guidance toward a journey down the path of writing and the freedom for creativity.

If you're not interested in writing or related information another book is a good choice for the reader.

This different approach to writing for me gives me permission to be creative and write without my internal editor getting in my way.
