| I'm sure this will change, but for now I'm just starting out my writing career. I've entered a few contests with short stories and I have this vision of a novel that's slowly taking shape. When I'm not writing I do enjoy running, and I keep food in the house through museum work as a tour guide. I live with my wonderful husband and Jack, the cat. |
| Opportunistic. I'm doing my best to write whenever and where ever I can. My latest chance came during a library fire drill. |
| Trasformational. I'm still trying to find what genre suits my style best but a piece I recently wrote was historical romance. |
| I love history, especially the Aboriginal history of Canada. There are so many dark and adventurous stories that have yet to be told. I also love running because it gives me a chance to be free and inside my own head with no interruptions. |
| I'm very open, so it's hard to say. Love adventure and mysterious novels. Hate the very romantic ones. |
| My latest books have been running books including "Run:26.2 Stories of Blisters and Bliss" by Dean Karnazes and "The Extra Mile" by Pam Reed. I also love the French Women Don't Get Fat series by Merielle Guilliano for her French-ness. |
| Dean Karnazes for his light hearted and "Dude!" filled writing. Pam Reed for her unshakeable determination. Merielle Guilliano for her lovely French ways. Elizabeth Gilbert for just blurting it out as it should be said. |
| Robert Frost, hands down. The man is a rambling genius. Rudyard Kipling as well for his well meaning ways, but he does get a finger shake for his "white man's burden" interpretation. |
| "If you can't run, walk. If you must, crawl. Just never stop moving." Found thanks to Dean Karnazes and must be paired with a Tony Robbins quote of "If you stop growing, you die. You must always grow." Well put Mr. Robbins. |
| Ah, laugh now. County. The lyrics are usually priceless or right on the money. As well as French jazz. For some reason,jazz sounds better in French as does some folk music like "Ses plus belles histoires". Go. Listen. |
| "P.S. I Love You". My husband now groans when I find it on t.v. and announce that the evenings plans have been determined. The funny part is that I watched it (before we met) and said I would have an Irish husband ... funny how things work out. |
