About Me
I am a Mother, Grandmother and Registered nurse of over 20 years. After having specialized in ICU and cardiac care I am now a charge nurse at a psychiatric hospital. It has given me an entirely different perception of this world and how we may see it. I am the mother of 2 Sons that shine brightly in my life. If I could describe them, the eldest would be my heart and the youngest my joy. I am a historian having my roots deeply imbedded in the South. I speak "Yes Sir and No Maam" fluently.
Type of Writer
Non fiction, short stories and essays are my favorites.I have just recently ventured into poetry.
Writing Style
My words come from my heart and have specific emotions attached to each. They are meant to paint a picture.
Interests
I am an avid gardener and find comfort with my hands in the soil and blossoms surrounding me. History, both oral and written is held to me closely and i surround myself with antiques and heirlooms of days gone by. I am of a softer time gone by.
