Massimo is a completely self-taught artist. Born and raised in "The Eternal City" - Rome, Italy, he began playing drums at the age of twelve, and has performed with many groups, including “I Percussionisti di Roma”, a percussion ensemble. He has also taken part in several European jazz festivals throughout his career. Describing his art as “…an attempt to bring the listener’s, viewer's and reader's awareness to a higher level…".
