| I've written all my life but attempted to publish very little. Reams of paper balled up and discarded have given way to gigabytes of data extinguished with the press of a key. (The attempt to ball up and discard that laptop is unrelated. Sort of.) |
| Every work is autobiographical to some degree. I believe that's true for every author. Nothing's too sacred to put on paper. |
| Ecclectic. I use Oxford commas, I split infinitives, and I have no problem ending a sentence with a preposition. Ask me why. |
| "Interests" being the operative word (as opposed to "Skills"): Music, photography, gardening, gaming and, I suppose, writing. My day job is where my "skills" lie, and therein are no "interests." |

| I try to explore poetry, but get bogged down in the effort. I struggle to enjoy poetry. It's actually one of the things I'm self-conscious about - as if appreciating poetry is a key component to being a good writer. |
