Old guy, writer for six decades. Used to think I was going to knock Stephen King off the top of the pile. Life has a way of delivering reality that no movie tough-guy can match. Nowadays, I ply the pen from time to time, oddly enough in fantasy, but get my real kicks reading the stories of writers who live out beyond the edge of the map exploring the frontiers that the Big Five will be crowing about discovering a decade from now.
