| a cabin where winds whisper words across a lake |
| I moved to the South in 1959 when I was five. I remember burning crosses and segregated bathrooms. I am fortunate to have received so much love and a progressive education from my parents. I married, had two children then went to a University, worked as an RN for twenty years. I am an amateur writer and found many of my characters in those patients. I have a neurological disorder similar to Parkinson's called Dystonia. |
| Mostly fiction short stories and poetry. I try to write with a torch and a quill pen laced wlth passion. |
| I would like my work to bring tears to the eyes and a smile to your face. I also want people to think. |
| My husband, children and grandkids, Human rights, spirituality, boating, swimming and reading anything I can get my hands on, walking around the lake and coming up with new ideas for writing. |
