About Me
After twenty five years in the insurance industry, I went back to school. I now have an M.F.A. in poetry and non-fiction. Three of my poems were published through contests. I have a memoir that is currently being edited and a self-healing workbook. As the only survivor, from an abusive family, my story is about healingand my spiritual quest. It began as my thesis.

I use different styles. Poetry is Sparse. The memoir has more language and a different voice.

Writing, reading, spiritual workshops. I am an energy healer/intuitive and spiritual channel. I read as much as I can. Music, theater and movies.
