About Me
A love writing and I am obsessed with philosophy. My focus is on the comprehension of 'self' and the world around me. I believe that we have a lack of introspection in our daily lives. It is the reason that life is so difficult. "Life is really simple, but we insist on making it complicated" ~ confucius "The greatest gift a man can give is to listen. The greatest gift a man can receive is understanding. The greatest gift a man can share is peace" ~ ki I wish you all nothing but peace.
Type of Writer
I have no idea. My genre is somewhat fluid. I do not write for an audience. it is the audience that chooses me.
Writing Style
There is no credible answer to this. A conversational 'share' of perspectives. Sample my work and my website.
Interests
Most of my time is spent in writing and research. The rest of the time I am working on my property and gardens, which seems like a never-ending process. Walking and hiking when possible, and spending time on the lake when we can spare an afternoon.

Favorite Genres
Science Fiction Philosophy Limited Mystery and Horror Memoires and Biographies
Favorite Books
Atlas Shrugged and Fountainhead ~ Ayn Rand Stranger In A Strange Land ~ Heinlein Dune ~ Herbert I, robot ~ Asimov 2001 Space Odyssey, Childhoods End - Clarke
Favorite Authors
As always, almost impossible to choose. I am a self-labeled philosopher, and science fiction was my 'gateway' drug to that end. Heinlein, Bradbury, Herbert, Asimov. Clarke, Asimov, Verne, H.G. Wells. As well as Hesse, Plato.
Favorite Poets
Anyone that makes me think. To contemplate is to discover. Poetry is not style or rhythm. It is not what the poet offers, but what the listener receives. Our greatest poetry is in nature, and music.
Favorite Quote
Truly an unfair question. It depends on the moment. "I swear by my life and my love of it that I will never live for the sake of another man, nor ask another man to live for mine" ~ any rand
Favorite Music
See poetry. My tastes are fairly eclectic. From jazz and classical to rock and roll. Even in the genres that I am not very fond of, I have found intimate responses. If I must choose, it could be Miles Davis one day, and the Beatles the next.
