It is very realistic to think of a creative person. Our blogger, as always, tries to create something new and positive. That reflects from this blog post.A common and regular practice can make us bored. So, some different but meaningful thoughts bring new hopes. The creative ideas flow.
My Dad was career Air Force and until I was eight (3rd grade) I lived in six states. I never had time to learn how to swim ... until I moved to Bad Axe, Michigan.
My folks signed me up for swim lessons beginning the end of May in Lake Huron. Let me tell you the water was so cold, I think I was blue after ten minutes in the water. I NEVER learned to swim until I moved to Maine in the 10th grade. And that was in a YMCA (indoors).
While I never expect to be left in the ocean, knowing how to swim is a benefit as with about one percent body fat, I cannot float.
Jellyfish Here in the US, too, some landlords and rental communities do not allow pets and others have very strict rules. I would love to have another cat if only I could guarantee its welfare after me.
I think most people would like a pet for companionship, especially dogs or cats. This can be very difficult in England if you do not own your home because most landlords do not allow tenants to have pets, even if you are paying a high rent. Which is bizarre when we are allegedly a nation of animal lovers!
Cats make lives interesting in more ways than we think. They definitely think they're royalty. Good use of the prompt!
I was reading to Pumpkin this morning (Iron Wolf), I was just beginning the fourth chapter when he placed his widely spread paw on the page. I went to move it and he stretched even further out. So I petted him and he decided to fall asleep across my book in my lap. I eased my book out so I could read more and he put his paw up again.
Apparently Iron Wolf isn't his favorite book.
