I agree with you that no one can tell you what a friendship truly is. It is unconditional and non-expressible liking. It is very tough to get a true friend. It is a connection between two souls.
I wish I had close friends. It's been very hard for me to connect on a deeper level and when I did... other factors intervened. I'm glad to read that others here have had better experiences.
I agree, I have good friends who are still quite different to me in lots of ways. Sometimes when you have been friends for a long time, it is worth keeping that friendship going even if your lives are now very different.
It's so true, what you say about fate. That micro-emotional-wave you mention sounds like what my husband and I have experienced the first time we connected as adults. I believe it's the same with friends...some people really click, while others just don't.
The blogger reckons that dreams and memories are connected with each other. Dreams are a mixture of our experiences and possibilities. Not all times, but certainly for some times, dreams appear true. That may be bitter in taste. But it will be reality.
