Well, hey there!
Welcome to Roundup, Montana! If it's a nice day, we'll sit a spell on my porch and talk awhile.
A poem captured my attention the other day.
Even in our sleep, pain which cannot forget
Falls drop by drop upon the heart,
Until, in our own despair,
Against our will,
Comes wisdom
Through the awful grace of God.
I went through something similar when I was around 30 years old. The first time I blacked out was at night, I had gone to the bathroom and was heading back to bed. The next thing I know, it's six in the morning and I'm lying on the floor. I blacked out again the following day while making a sandwich. This was on the weekend. Monday morning I blacked out in the shower and almost drowned. My wife of the time heard me fall and came in to find me unconscious under the stream of water. I spent the next two days in the hospital and had every test imaginable done, but they found nothing wrong and I have never had it happen again?
I hope it's something simple and you have anymore episodes.
We're just getting to the end of a very bitter cold wave, I haven't seen the temps rise above zero for a week or more but it's suppose to start warming up on Friday.
My wife had a tooth pulled and an implant put in about two years ago. Fortunately, she got knocked out, and on the drive home I refused to let her go shopping. Those drugs don't really dissipate quickly. I think that's better than a root canal, at least the one I had last century, where they just numb you and brace your mouth fully open for a hour.
The best gossip is always the truth that surfaces in official town meetings. Without it, there wouldn't be a need for newspapers or reporters.
Two weeks ago,I had a toothache on a molar and went in. The xray showed nothing, but the dentist suspected a crack in the tooth under the two fillings. Might need a root canal, but sent me home with antibiotic and special mouth wash. Slowly the pain went away which hopefully means no root canal but probably a cap. Have a cleaning scheduled in two weeks, so I'll see where it goes from there.
Sounds like you got a good attorney. Good for the town.
I agree getting out especially with the dogs is best. Have not been able to just up and do it. Several years without major cold or snow, then wham every day a blizzard or deep below temperatures. Been telling myself to shake it off might be warmer in my snow outfit anyway.
