         "July 1st 2024 - Ruminations" 
Just got back from hospital. Had a colonoscopy done. 3 polyps, but dr. thinks I'm good for the next 5-7 years. LOL

I've added a new entry to my book, "Promptly Poetry Challenge 2023/2024" :
         "Week 45 - Reflection" 
On the subject of changing name handles...Here I go again! LOL. It's time to quit letting life pass by in a blur, and get back to the business of living again. I learned how to make some Naan-style flat bread this weekend, and it didn't turn out to bad *BigSmile* .

I read a beloved trilogy again, and it was good to stop scrolling YouTube for a while and flex my reading muscles once again. the trilogy is an older one. Wolfblade series...Wolfblade, Warrior, and Warlord by Jennifer Fallon. (yes, still available on Amazon).

I did some sewing repairs to my son's work jeans, (danged ol' belt loops! *Laugh* )

So, Lilli 🧿 ☕ , I plan to catch back up on my Promptly Poetry entries...especially this close to the finish for the year!

I'm looking forward to being back on the site and not just as a lurker *FacePalm*

I hope everyone has a wonderful Sunday, whether as a time of refreshing, or maybe doing some catchup before the new week descends upon us once again.
