I hate waiting. I'm just not good at it. If there is a skill for "waiting" my score would be abysmally low.


What am I waiting for you ask? Professional editing, web site design, proofreading)-- all those things that I have to "wait" on before I can actually start advertising and selling my book. I think I need a time machine so I can fast-forward a couple months.


I should be enjoying the journey I suppose-- and I am. I just don't like the waiting part is all. :)
Welp... all the artwork for my book's web site is nearly done. Now I'm working on the text to go with the web site, and ideas for the "side stories" I plan to put on the web site relating to AI Offspring. Still waiting on the editor to tear it up, he promised to get it back to me before Christmas... I'm anxious to revise it. Already have things I want to polish that I've caught after the fact... a writer's work is never done.... :P
173,676 words. It's a fat fat fat book... but it's done. To the editor next... I'm beat....
Okay--- I'm a little late. Still on last chapter... a computer glitch has prevented me from working on it today--- and a date tonight will be preventing me from working on it tonight--- but I expect to have it done this weekend! Honest!
Working on last chapter of AI! It's all plotted out now and I actually know what's going to happen next. It's going to rock!!
I will soon be done with my first decent novel (A.I. Offspring) and will be looking for an unfortunate soul... I mean, a professional editor to fix all my screw-ups... I mean... polish my work.
