I've added a new entry to my book, "Perpetual Ruminations" It seems that it's always something, but today it was a "Crazy Lady"
On the plus side, it's a first rate prompt for a short story.
Wow!
I just added another entry to my blog "Perpetual Ruminations" titled "Burning and Smoking"
I had my immunotherapy this morning after they ran some labs. Everything looks good and is finally back to normal. The sunrise was spectacular with all the trees clothed in frost; it looked like an image from a Christmas card as we drove to the hospital. It's also warm out, at 48°F, so I'm smoking pork chops out on the patio in a pellet smoker. It doesn't work the best when it's cold, as the wind drops the temperature too low. So, I bought a portable camp shower and put the smoker inside; it's working great. Now, it's back outside to enjoy the beautiful day.
I have a good start on my office; I found both desks and my chair. I have a few boxes of stuff to go to storage tomorrow after my immunology infusion. I also have dinner cooking, and it's smelling awfully good in here. What's on the menu? Steamed spaghetti squash, even roasted chicken, and a lightly seasoned Alfredo sauce to finish everything off. I don't know if I'll get back in here later or not, but likely not since I want to spend some quality time with my lovey spouse. So, let me bid you all adieu.
So glad to be hearing from you. I hope y'all enjoy dinner, and you and your honey enjoy your night 🌉💕
Intuey - Blessings For 2026! I'm liking the immunology; it's only an hour once a month. Also, the only side effects I have noticed are some itchy rashes on my legs, but Cortisone 10 clears them right up, and I get a lot of phlegm, but Mucinex helps a lot. I also just learned that putting ginger and turmeric in some tea with honey clears it up. Of course, it has to be fresh, not dried and powdered.
I've added a new entry to my book, "Perpetual Ruminations" "Palliative Carelessness"
I was thinking about a family squabble going on with my in-laws, and this song came to mind.
