It sounds to me like the medical facilities and the insurance companies are running you around among them like a scalded cat and promising to toss some cool water on you at their convenience.
I fervently hope they get it all sorted very soon and just do for you what you need.

I have open prompt rounds going for the rest of September. This week, it's erotica genre but open prompt. Next week includes romance and doesn't have to be newly written. Hoping to get enough entries this month to give out prizes. *FingersCrossed*
