Awesome, but no pic was displayed. *Frown* There are a couple of ways you might have been trying to show it. If you were trying to post the picture by uploading it directly from your computer, I can't say exactly what might have gone wrong. Maybe the pic was too big? You can also just try again. You know how sometimes a computer thingy-something won't work, but later will. *Irritated*

Anyway, to try again, I've noticed that when you edit your item, you can't add a picture like you originally could. *Shock* I had no idea, but I don't post a lot of pics, so there's that. *Wink* But in case you care to learn, you can edit your Notebook/Newsfeed posts for other reasons. *Think* You can click the little arrow in the upper right corner of your note and a popup will appear. Choose Edit Note and below your note, a text box will appear. Edit as you see fit, then save the edit. If you need to edit again, you have to refresh the page before you can edit again...experience... *FacePalm*

Anyway, to post the pic, you need to create a new note. *Pthb* So, as you did before, and I assume you used the little camera icon either at the end of the buttons on the right side or in the bottom left, just below the text box. Maybe, whichever one you tried before, try the other? This way you can choose the pic directly from your computer.

Optionally, you can make an image item. Maybe you did this? If not, maybe you want to? You go as you normally would, to your port and get set to create a new item, but instead of choosing Static Item, choose Image (under Upgraded membership options). When making this, to upload the image, you'll do it as if you were creating a cover photo. Click the square on the far left where the cover photos normally go. It will allow you to either drag and drop or upload from your computer. Naturally, you still need to go through all the rest...create a title, description, blah, blah, blah. *Wink* There is a size restrictions. The file size can't be larger than 150k. (I would bet that was the previous problem.) And the pixels can't be more than 400x400.

When you create the image, you can then post it on the Newsfeed. In fact, you can edit this note as described above and put it here. *Bigsmile* Or, create a new one. Whatever makes you happy. To post the image, you'll need the 7-digit image number, just like the item #, but it should auto-populate after the colon. {image:########} (No space between colon and #.) Good luck!
You can also change the image size with a minus and the percentage of the size you want it to be, then a percentage sign. You can't make it bigger than 100%, but you can make it as small as 1%, not that we could see it. lol To create a smaller image, the code would be {image:2293790-70%} to make it 70% of the original size.

So this...

Happy Easter dragon

Becomes this...

Happy Easter dragon

Naturally, those are the curly braces used to make the code, just like all code on here. *Wink* They're located above the square brackets on the keyboard. *Smile*

Let me know if you have questions. I'll help if I can. I was also in the Army, so I'd love to see pics of you. *Delight* *Salute*
