I am sorry to hear about your wife. My husband had a stroke and had to be cared for 27/7 for 6 years. It never seemed to be a burden because of my love for him. He died 3 years ago. The Creators is his book he wrote it before the stroke. I would like to see it published.
I have received 5 reviews of the new opening. All 5 stars. I think I have found an opening that works.
I am now working on the next chapters. It is your suggestion that prompted me to write the new opening.
I do hope you will find time to read the new opening. But if not I will understand.

Interestingly enough, my wife's name is the same as yours. Since I wrote you last, she has also contracted COVID, so it may take longer to get to your story than I envisioned only a few days ago! I know it's a good new opening as I read some of it before things started going south with my wife.

I do appreciate you including her in your prayers!

Of course I'm bummed. Another stinkin' birthday means I'm closer to my LAST one. What's there to be all giddy about?

Okay, I'm still vertical so I guess that's a plus.

And (I think) you're still my friend so that's a (let's call it "conditional") plus, too.

And stinkin' winter is over soon... which makes it THE BEST DAY EVER.
