Not sure if this is the right place for me or not. I am seeing a grief counselor who told me to start a journal. I could not do it for some reason. So she just told me to start writing anything, so that it what I have been doing. Most of it, I am sure, will not mean much to anyone but me, but I thought I would share it none the less.
