I know Thanksgiving is a few weeks away, but I want to participate now due to a British holiday.

I'm thankful that Parliment wasn't blown up.
I'm thankful the religious nutcase was stopped.
I'm thankful his cohorts were prevented from trying a second time.

Tonight, we remember.

Yeah our country gets Christmas out before Halloween even ends. My grandma even wants me to get our stuff down before Thanksgiving
I just learned that you can't use a duplicate word in a Wordsearch. Which sucks, because I had a fun idea for a new Wordsearch. Sadly, I won't be able to see if it was a good idea.

Exact matches? No. An included word after having used the longer one? Yup. For example, a recent Word Search had both webwitch and witch as words to be found. If you selected webwitch, it grayed / lined out. If, after that, you selected just the 'witch' part of the longer word, it would gray / line out. The thing is, though, there was also a stand-alone 'witch' elsewhere in the puzzle, but selecting it didn't change anything, as 'witch' was already off the board.

That's the long way of saying you can use longer words that incorporate shorter words and scatter those throughout the grid. I hope that made sense. At any rate - best of luck, and keep those cards and puzzles comin'!
Soldier_Mike Author Icon - Yea, the exact word was the core of the idea. It was less "Find every word" and more "Find this one word that's a little different from the rest."

Genuinely forgot it was Halloween. Was just reminded due to some Trick or Treaters.

Had to steal some chocolate from my mum's stash so they wouldn't get upset. Now I have to replace it before she notices.

Worst. Night. Ever.

John Johnny Johnson Author Icon - so she has a literal iron fist.
Hamn8r Author Icon - She also won a few championships. Even broke a guy's nose that tried to steal our husky. Dude said she threw a brick! *Laugh*
Going to bed. Already gonna be celebrating my dead grandpa. Guess we'll be celebrating another dead guy. Been nice knowing you

I decided to try my hand at a small bit of poetry, something I'm not that good at, for someone. After their reaction, I decided to share it.

I got to thinking about my favourite story I've thought up, but don't have the skill to write. This made me want to ask: What idea have you had, written or not, that's your favourite?

I have 1/3 of a fantasy story sitting in limbo, because I simply don't know how to make it work.

I love what I have. I love the characters. I just...can't.
Jayne Author Icon - Hope you find your answer someday.
Jayne Author Icon - Have you tried the "What if..." technique?

Due to having a recent death in the family, I became worried about if I stopped logging in tomorrow. I don't think it's fair that my Interactives should just disappear. Thankfully, they won't. While I'm still working on it, it's possible to make a WdC will.

To anyone who has a story that wants to outlive them, check out "How to Create a WdC Will/Succession PlanOpen in new Window.

Can someone also answer us if interactives given through a will to someone who is close to their limit will just be locked until the account gets upgraded.
That's how my Straight Shouta Domination came about.
I've come across a rather intresting Interactive about psychology. Specifically, the psychology of fictional characters.

Each page can be a bot of a read, bug the author clearly knows his stuff. Breaking down how a character acts, and what we can learn from them. If you're intrested in learning things about your favourite characters you never thought about, I'd recommend giving it a try.

I've got a new idea cooking, but it'll take some time to make.

In the meantime, I hope you'll enjoy this idea I thought up.
