| I hate to say it, but my favourite thing to do when I can't figure out what happens next is to figure out what happens next. I just really like forward momentum when it comes to my writing. I look at what my characters want in the story and what is conflicting with those goals. I like a good board game with people I can talk with about where I am in a story. |

Christmas Dutchessbarbie is one of the Group Admins. Wait. It says I'M a Group Admin.  Who let that happen and why?  Anyway, uh, yeah, not all Admins are created equal.   I see we have ruwth and RoariB (not sure who that is on here so they aren't tagged) awaiting approval. I would, but you know, I didn't even know I was an admin so clearly I don't know how to do any adminy things. But Christmas Dutchessbarbie seemed to be on it last I checked, so I'm sure she can handle it. I just tried to and had no idea. Or did we invite them and we're awaiting their approval of our invitation?  Like I said, no idea...   |
Well, I was able to figure out how to send you an invite. That's something. But it said there are 4 invites remaining (5 before I invited you). I'm wondering if I'm only allowed to invite 4 more people or if only 4 more people are allowed in the group.  |

They were good enough to help me choose something but I'm wondering if they didn't notify you of the whole thing not fitting like they should have or if they aren't showing the whole thing because of my phone. |
Nope. It's probably because you own it. They're still cut off on my computer. But I reported it and SM changed the character count from 125 to 150 and added a max limiter and a character counter to it. It's still showing as cut off, but thanks to you, future polls won't have that problem.  Look at you! Changing WdC! Well, we did...including SM who actually did the hard part.  "Options in Polls Cut Off" I'm not sure if you'll lose your results if you edit it again, but if not, maybe try editing it again and with the changes SM just made, it should now show everything or let you know where it's cutting off. |

I'm still working through some of them. a bookstore/coffee shop Novel Brews the town Oceanside the owner of the shop Jazz his/her barista Avery (nonbinary) Series title Books of Love so there are 3 love stories: Lincoln and Colin Brooklyn and Pheobe Avery and undecided at this time Novel titles (I need 3) Thank you Brandiwyn🎶  , Storm Machine  , and Soldier_Mike  . If anyone else has any suggestions... please let me know. |
| Brandiwyn🎶 , I like those names, I will absolutely keep them in mind. I would totally use the same name for the shop and the book, except I want to do 2 more books that all relate to the shop/first book. Maybe I'll name the series after the shop. Storm Machine for the book? I like that. I shall keep it in mind. (And add it to my spreadsheet). |
| So the publisher that was publishing my current project, messaged today and said the idea is canceled. I've put a lot of work into this though and I want to continue with it. But since some of the information was provided by the publisher (to make the stories by different authors work together), I need to rename some things. So I need suggestions for: a bookstore/coffee shop the town (something on the sea side... possibly in Maryland) the owner of the shop his barista (possibly nonbinary or trans) the title of the series It will be a trilogy. 3 love stories. All of the eventual main characters will know each other (siblings and then the barista) so... suggestions? |
| Good luck. There are a few names that are often used for either gender. I know Micah can be male or female for example. Or Taylor. One that works for either gender could also work for nonbinary, they/them ones as well I would think. |
