i know this draft is filled with errors. its been a work in progress and unfortunately has grown larger than allowed for the free membership so I've stopped trying to post the edits here.

I suggest, through experience, break it down into chapters. You'll find more interested in reading and commenting on shorter chunks than one large one. Been there, done that. Just a suggestion.
