My Tribute to Captain Leland E. Payne 1947-2015 US Army Vietnam

He was 10 years my elder, my brother-in-law but closer than a brother. We've fought each other. Camped, hunted, rode horses, roller coasters together, drove race cars and He taught me how to drive a stick shift.

We visited every Revolutionary & Civil War battlefield park from Georgia to Maryland!

I miss him dearly.
