Sigh… it’s a difficult subject, Olivia, and I wish people would be more kind and careful about it (myself included…)

I think you’ll be safe if you avoid entering contests and ensure you have a message at the top of each item announcing how it was crafted. Perhaps you can even show us your original work below the AI “enhanced” version, to demonstrate that you’ve actually written it as best you can first before having the AI “polish” it for you.
