A Eulogy For Brownie

You were not our dog.
We were not your owners.
Yet you have shown us love and loyalty.

You were not our dog.
Yet you have become our family.
You don't deserve a cruel and violent death.

You would welcome us with your happy gait.
You would jump on us and wagged your tail.
You were one of the most loving and sweetest dogs.

Sadly, ignorance and idiocracy is what makes our society.
Your vindication is coming.
Your justice will be served.

You will forever be missed.
Engraved in our hearts.
Loved forever.

In deep sadness that I wrote this piece. Wherever he is now and the other stray dogs and cats who where intentionally killed, you are all free now. It just breaks my heart that you all have to suffer.
