*Shock2* 250k words!!! Wishing you the best of luck as you endeavor to make a new record, I bet. *Heart* It's almost over and you're close to being done. Keep going for just a couple of days you'll make it. *Proud* you made it this far. *MugLP* Cheers!
I can't write much more than 15k in a day, and my entire family is sick right now, so I'm aiming to finish with 150k words, not my original goal of 250k. Thanks for the encouragement!
You are doing so much better than I did. Last year I thought I could write 50k and only made it to 25k. I DIDN'T have sick family. Make sure you aren't being hard on yourself. You're doing great!
Congratulation dear NanoWINNER! *Badge*

Brandiwyn🎶 Author Icon, *Laugh*, speaking of hitting 50k words at one go then procrastinate the whole month? Sihaya Author Icon already hit that 50k. Are you writing a 100k or you're stopping at 50k? I'm really curious... Sihaya Author Icon.
Elycia Lee ☮ Author Icon, my goal this year is 250k. The novel I'm currently working on is an enigma. It might be done in the next couple of days, or I might go back and write it from one or two other POVs. I haven't decided yet.

My guess is it will end up between 75-150k when the rough draft is done. Then I also have 5 other projects waiting in the wings to make progress on before November is over.

I have been writing at least 500 words per day for nearly two years now, so I will not stop writing no matter what ends up happening!
Wow. You're so inspiring... *Laugh* I'm sadly only at 4k words. That's a huge goal and I hope you're able to hit it. I had to Google enigma. Interesting. *Laugh*
OMG! Insane! I've been watching your progress! You're SO fast! How you reach 50k words by 6 Nov? *Shock2*
Oh, yeah, I've been rude. Congratulations! *Laugh* You did great!
Thank you, Elycia Lee ☮ Author Icon!

I have a strict schedule that I stick to - 45 minutes of writing and then a half hour break. I do 5-10 of these sessions a day depending on whether it's a weekday or weekend. I also have an in-depth outline so I know exactly what needs to be written next.

For 4 out of the first 5 days of the month, either my husband or one of the grandmothers took my kids so I could write without as many distractions.
Back after a long, long break to participate in the NaNoWriMo Prep Challenge. Getting so excited for NaNo!
