The world has enough critical people, what we need are a little more encouragers.
a little discouraged with all that is going on in life that keeps me from writing
I remember one of my favorite old film noir movies "D.O.A" where the character Bigelow walks into the police station and says: "I'd like to report a murder." The homicide detective asks him who was murdered and Bigelow says: "I was" and then tells the tale of how he was poisoned and how he tracked down the people who did it.
Trying to be creative and expressive...why do critics and critical people enjoy tearing down and destroying people over little minute details while forgetting the big picture is beyond me...its like when you were a kid and could never do anything right.
