From My Account, go to Account Settings. Then under Additional Account Settings you will see Block / Ignore Members. You need their username (the name you see when you mouse over their handle).

I don't know if it hurt my feels or made me question myself. I was using the stream of consciousness writing style for that, because it seemed more realistic. Thank you for your feedback, and I will definitely look into getting some help with that.
