Hello! I did enjoy reading your poem. I think it did a good job of conveying the emotion you were intending.
I loved the line "Don't want my heart in pain." That line speaks volumes of history and memories. It makes the reader wonder what exactly happened. I think any time you get the reader to start wondering, is a good thing.
In my personal opinion, I'm not a huge fan of poetry that rhyms. I think rhythm and pacing are more important than rhyms, but that's just my opinion! :) I think you pacing is good, it was easy to read.
My least favorite line is the last one actually, and I'm not 100% sure why. It just felt a little out of place, I guess. It felt liked it messed up the pacing. But again, that's just my opinion! I think poetry is such a personal thing its hard to say what's "right and wrong".
