Dear BIOHazard;

This just hit me. I have been there and have experienced the feelings and emotion that you evoke through your words.
I particularly like the last two lines that really hit me:
if you’re still here because you want to be,
or because you’ve nowhere else to go.

Unfortunately, While You're Still Here, rips open a scab for me, its OK. Sometimes, I have to get hit in the head to keep me, at least on an even keel.

I liked it. I can see this poem and two people in it in my minds eye. For me at least, you captured the spirit of a horizon filled with love.
