As far as lyrics go, this is really well-written. I can feel the intensity of the relationship between the two people in the song. I already have a beat in my mind. The chorus sounds like it would be catchy, and it has a lot of truth to it. I think I've been in a couple of relationships where we tried to be friends after we broke up, and there was always this pull they had on me. Almost like I couldn't be friends with them, the universe wanted something more. Sorry, if I'm carrying on. Great read!

Wow! I'm brand new to this site, and to be honest, I feel the same way you felt. I wish I had the money to upgrade. It would be nice to participate in writing.com official contests and use the IM to play the scroll games. But now that I've read your essay, I don't feel as bad. And you're right. If I was too busy writing, I wouldn't have had time to read some of the great work this site has to offer, and I wouldn't have stubbled upon this wonderful essay. Thank you for sharing!
