I really enjoyed this story and thought the idea was fantastic - it's the kind of thing that's simple enough to remember and effective enough to be great fun to tell! The ending made me grin even while I was wincing with pity for the dog, and I wish I could have written it! My only criticism is that I occasionally found that the less-than-sophisticated style did not do justice to the story - it sometimes seemed quite choppy and disjointed. Great work though - hope you continue to make people laugh and squirm at the same time!
