This pieece contains the start of a good idea, perhaps might want to develop it further. The hanger element is a good idea, but more space is needed to explain some details like why Hank is unpopular or what his responses to the bullying are. As it stands the story would benefit from more detail and is perhaps too dark for a kids book. The idea of humanizing hangers is good, but kids may want a more positive message.
