I'm open to reviewing anything at any rating! Looking at how I've reviewed some pieces on here, I guess I'm more of a positive-ish reviewer. I tell what I like. If I'm confused on any part, I'll mention it. As for the grammar, punctuation, and such go: I'm not perfect at it myself, but if I do notice a thing or two, I'll mention it as well along with any other suggestions. Other than that I really don't know how to describe how I review stuff.

Hello,
I'm stopping by with a WDC Superpower Review!
First Thoughts:
Quite an enjoyable poem! Very easy to relate to noisy neighbors. My attention was kept from beginning to end.

Suggestions:
The title "hammered" had me thinking more of a person who got wasted drinking until I read through the poem. I ran across no noticeable errors.

Final Thoughts:
It leaves the reader wondering what happens to the neighbor and the hammer.

Keep up the great writing!

This is an interesting activity! I just may have to give it a go. The rules are clear and concise. There are plenty of examples to show what you're expecting of each entry.

There is definitely a wide range of letters to provide a bit of challege to the participants. I checked out a few entries for this round and seen a few interesting ones so far!

This is a very informative article. I think it will help those needing help with cover letter tips. The samples for both email and snail mail help alot with those who like a visual example.

I'm not looking into submitting a manuscript yet, but it is nice to read through things like this for when I'm ready. I'll be keeping this in mind in case I run across one that requires a cover letter.

Hello,
I'm stopping by with a WDC Superpower Review!
First Thoughts:
This had me curious to what her blind date would be like for her. Blind dates can be nerve wracking. Who knows how it'll turn out?

Suggestions:
I didn't notice any errors on my read through. It is well written and put together.

Final Thoughts:
The blind date being actually blind is a nice twist toward the end. It is easy to relate to her and her thoughts. Overall it's an enjoyable read.

Keep up the great writing!

Hello,
I'm stopping by with a WDC Superpower Review!
First Thoughts: Between the breif description and narrowing it down to a bra and panty set there were still many paths this chapter could go down. That had me curious to read on to see what happened. His sisters setting him up with a girl is an interesting take.

Suggestions: My eyes didn't run across any mistakes. Everything seemed okay to me.

Final Thoughts: It did make me wish I could read the previous chapters to see what lead up to this. From this chapter it seems like there is never a dull moment in his life with his ornery sisters.

Keep up the great writing!

This is very well put together! It is filled with plenty of to and not to's in terms of hosting all types of activities around the site.

Kidness does go a long way. I definitely agree: if you say or promise to do something, you need to follow through and do it.

Thank you for having such a great article here for everyone to enjoy and have as a huge reminder. There is so much to gather from this and I do hope all will at least consider doing things this way.

I don't always hop in and participate, but it is fun and challenging when I do. It's also fun to watch others make their ways through the challenges.

The challenges are well thought out and worth it to earn the merit badges. I like that each round has different merit badges to earn. It's also nice to have new sets of challnges to go along with the badges.

The rules are clear and easy to understand. Dropnotes with common questions aid in making the body shorter.

The characters, names, and descriptions are cute! Changing them up per round helps too.

I absolutely enjoy this music challenge! This recent round was definitely a challenge for me, but fun.

The weekly themes help change it up for the month so it doesn't get boring. Listing out everyone's music in the challenges body gives an easy way for participants to see what songs they've shared this far. It also a neat way to look at other's lists without having to search through posts in the fourm below.

Glad to have such a fun activity continuing! I think many others really enjoy the activity as well (or just watching). It's a great way to find some new music one hasn't heard and to remember forgotten or oldies that haven't been heard in forever. We all seem to have a wide range in music tastes.

Review of Weekly Goals  Open in new Window.

Rated: 13+ | (5.0)
I enjoy sharing my weekly goals and updates here! It definitely helps to keep me focused on what needs to be done per week. That is if I remember to post in the fourm.

The instructions are clear. There are plenty of eye catching colors, emoticons, underling, ect to seperate points throughout.

It's an overall great reminder to stay focused and work on those goals. If you didn't do so hot on nailing down those goals completely, it's fine. Small steps help just as well as big ones.

Review of The Newspaper  Open in new Window.
Review by Walker Author IconMail Icon

First Thoughts: This is a funny bickering dialogue between a father that enjoys older ways of reading news via newspaper and son who prefers a more technological way of finding news. I can relate to both because I prefer the hand held news, but can easily learn of news by tv or searching the internet too. Tv and internet may be faster but Dad sure does like the paper.

Suggestions: I didn't notice any errors and have no suggestions on ways to improve the item. The writing flowed nicely and it kept my attention the entire time.

Final Thoughts: Even if he finds the news out a bit later, Dad sure likes the enjoyment he gets from the paper even if the ink does dirty up his hands a bit. Jimmy seems like he relys on the internet and tv a bit more possibly because it's a faster form and at times it seems like what is printed in the newspaper is already old news nowadays. Both Jimmy and Dad appear to have great relationship and like to tease and get on each others nerves.

Keep up the great writing!

First Thoughts: The title on this caught my attention and had me curious to find out what Potato Candy was all about since I do like both. It does sound a bit strange for mashed potatoes to be in any form of sweets, but after reading this I now want to make some!

Suggestions:
No errors were noticed. The eye flows smoothly over and it is spaced in a pleasing manner.

Final Thoughts: This is a very unique recipe. It's a great way to use up any leftovers.

Keep up the great writing!

First Thoughts: I find this to be very inspiring and encouraging to read through. Losing weight is a very hard journey that I struggle with too. You share an equal amount of both the negative and positive sides of your journey thus far in your journal.

Suggestions:
I have no writing suggestions. Keep up the great work on your progress even through rough and negative times!

Final Thoughts: Thank you for your willingness to share your journey with us here on WDC. I wish you the best of luck!

First Thoughts: This is a very comical poem and I can definitely relate to it. So much excitement built up to only be let down by pesky advertisements and such.

Suggestions:
No errors were spotted. The writing flows easily and is easy to visualize and identify with to the readers.

Final Thoughts: This is basically my reaction to 99% of the time I check my emails. You've done a great job summing up the frustrations of email. I almost want to check my email after reading this, but I'm afraid I'll have a ton of junk and realize I'm not popular, just boring.

Keep up the great writing!

First Thoughts: I find it easy to relate to the writing. There are just so many ideas us writers are eager to write out to share with others, but trying to decide which one to begin with is the hard part. The future sounds promising with many twists and turns of adventure in the writing world as long as one puts in plenty of work.

Suggestions:
I didn't come across any errors. The writing flows nicely and can be easily visualized.

Final Thoughts: I sometimes find myself in this situation thinking on old ideas to write about and wondering if I'll write about them and then some at some point in the future.

Keep up the great writing!

What an informative newsletter! Some not so very good news to start out with, *Cry* , but tons of exciting things to look forward to follows leaving everyone on a happier note.

The presentation of all info looks spectacular! There is plenty of color to make the page pop with life. The emoticons and images add a nice touch and provide great visual cues to the reader and aren't overly used or distracting.

I see several things I'm planning to take part, like the mini challenge and review raid to name a few.

Hooray on being a Quills 2015 Nominee!

I find this newsletter looking in great condition, keep up the great writing!

Final Thoughts: This is a very cute story. I found it very easy to visualize this happening. After reading this, it makes me want to eat some strawberries now.

*FlowerT*Popping in with a Power Reviewers Springtime Raid Review!*FlowerT*
First Thoughts: It's kind of cruel to send for him to kill and not give a warning of what he's up against, but it's also easy to understand why they didn't inform him. I definitely wouldn't want to come and fight the beast or believe them if they said there was one in first place either.

Suggestions: I have no suggestions and like it the way it is. As for errors, I didn't notice any. My attention was kept the entire time. The writing flowed nicely.

Final Thoughts: He seems to want to do (and does) his killing duty thoroughly. It makes me curious if he'll actually follow through with "you don't have to kill everyone" and actually not kill everyone.

This is a bit different but interesting love letter. I'm not exactly sure what draws me in....maybe the mention of sweet stuff. It's very short and *Candy8*sweet*Candy5* but I also feel it can be be taken to any level continuing on with the references of sweets.

You've done a great job writing this. I didn't notice in errors. It flows nicely and kept my attention.

Sunsets are amazing to watch. I think I'd have to agree with Angel that they definitely have a magic about them. As for any errors, I didn't notice any. My attention was kept the entire time. The writing flows nicely.

I think Douglass found a girl he liked just about as much as he does sunsets. It makes me curious if they'll get to know each other more.

Review of TIME TO BE A MAN  Open in new Window.

First Thoughts: The reader gets drawn in right from the start. There is a lot of tension toward what the future holds, but it's loosened just a bit by bantering. With plenty of description and detail it's almost as if the reader is right there living through this with them.

Suggestions: I have no suggestions. There is a possibility to length the writing, telling of what they're up against and what happens in the end, but it is great as is because it leaves it up to the reader to imagine what is soon to be faced. The writing flows great and kept my attention the entire time.

Final Thoughts: Although I haven't been in their position, I still find this to describe such situations very well. This reminds readers to be very thankful.

Keep up the great writing!

First Thoughts: I like how this begins already action filled. It's very terrible news that his friend died. He's already in a tremendous amount of shock from being injured, so it's understandable why he doesn't seem to react to hearing about his friend.

Suggestions: I have no suggestions. The writing flows great and my attention was held the entire time.

Final Thoughts: This is a great start and first chapter. There is plenty of detail, but enough mystery that leaves the reader wanting to read more.

It's awful that the guy to advantage of her like that. No wonder she didn't mention it before now, it must have been incredibly frightening.

As far as errors, I didn't notice any. The writing flowed nicely. My attention was kept the entire time as well.

It's sad the way she ended up getting pregnant, but at least she is determined to keep the baby girl and give it all the love and care possible. She'll have plenty of help along the way it sounds like.

First Impression:
This gives off a really eerie sense when it's read! I love horror/scary movies and the like and see several familiar titles within this poem.

Suggestions:
Possibly play around with colors a bit, but how you have it works great as well! Other than that everything looks great and it looks like you have plenty of titles to fit the prompt perfectly.

Conclusion:
Great job on placing all the titles within your writing. The writing gives off a great creepy, spine tingling feel.
