A very interesting, lucid, and engrossing essay on a subject I know little about (In fact I've never even heard of the Eko-Atlantic project before my encounter with this essay). Informative, concise and eminently well written.
Very well written. Especially like the line "Good enough reason to be shot, revived, then shot again." very well formed sarcasm which is not an easy thing to create (believe me, I've tried). Only thing I would point out is the part where Hertz is looking at the two bereft children it is stated that there is no emotion etched on their "sad" faces, but sadness is an emotion and therefore this statement is a little confusing. Otherwise this is a very good excerpt. Makes me actually want to finish the story and I, as a rule, hat Sci-Fi.
